SwordWhat is Tae Kwon-Do? 

Tae Kwon-Do is the Korean form of martial arts that employs speed and power in its striking techniques, with almost 70% of these techniques relying on kicking ability.  Tae Kwon-Do not only develops an effective fighting style, but also presents a unique way of developing flexibility, strength, and stamina.  Tae Kwon-Do classes incorporate self-defense techniques as well as sparring.

What is Gumdo? 

Gumdo is the ancient sword art form from Korea that teaches skills to handle the sword and to incorporate mental and spiritual power into life.  It improves hand/eye co-ordination, flexibility, and self-confidence.

What is PeeWee Tae Kwon-Do?

This is a basic introduction to Tae Kwon-Do for 3-6 year olds.  Students learn basic Tae Kwon-Do blocks, kicks, and strikes in a fun atmosphere.  Instruction is meant to improve listening skills, confidence, working in a group, balance, co-ordination, and concentration.
